Hudgins Contracting Corp. is a commercial contractor serving the entire Tidewater area including Gloucester, Suffolk, Smithfield, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, James City County, Gloucester, Mathews, Middlesex and Williamsburg. The Hudgins team of employees takes pride in being the best site contractor in the area. We are determined to finish projects on-time, on-budget, and safely, delivering high-quality results to the Owner. We are committed to excellence.

We work on projects of varying size and scale. Our crews are familiar with the rules and regulations of the Naval Station Norfolk, Little Creek Amphibious Base, Oceana Naval Air Station, Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, VDOT, Jefferson Lab and NASA-Langley Research Center. We are also an approved contractor for Northrop-Grumman.

We perform most of the work with our own forces and using our own equipment. This allows us to provide our services at a lower cost to the customer. It also gives us greater flexibility and more control in meeting scheduling requirements.

Safety is a priority at Hudgins. We employ an independent safety specialist not only to inspect our jobsites but also to train our employees. A well-trained and well-informed employee is an asset to any project.

Hudgins Contracting Corp. is a current member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia (Lester Hudgins, Jr. served as President of the AGC in 1985). We are a Class A licensed and bonded contractor and are a certified SWAM business.
