Our workforce is made up of varying skill levels. One key ingredient in our make-up is EXPERIENCE! Some of our staff came to us from other construction companies. Much of our team has been with us for many years. Our team includes:

- Foremen with over 10 years of experience
- Pipe Layers and Pipe Crews with over 10 years of experience
- Concrete workers with over 10 years of experience
- Operators with over 10 years of experience
- Laborers with over 5 years of experience
We take pride in the fact that Hudgins’ workforce has a low turnover rate, which is very unusual in this industry. Our employees are happy, and happy employees are productive.
The knowledge that our senior employees bring to the table serves our customers in ways that cannot be measured. Our Project Managers and Superintendents are able to provide information and problem-solving skills from their many years of experience in the building construction industry.
We continually update training for our employees. Ongoing training not only sharpens their existing skills but also teaches new skills. Training leads to a more experienced employee, and experience yields a quality project in the end.
