Marsha K. Hudgins-CEO
Ms. Hudgins became sole stockholder of Hudgins Contracting in 2011 and was appointed CEO in 2012 following her late husband, Lester L Hudgins, Jr. She received her Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 1976 and started her first business venture in Newport News the following year. She has spent almost thirty years consulting with small business start-ups as well as large corporate entities across the region in targeting and managing growth opportunities.
Ms. Hudgins has served on the Board of Operation Smile, volunteered as Logistics Executive Committee member for Harborfest, is a Bronze Sponsor member of the Langley Civic League Association, a member of the Encore Society with the Ferguson Center for the Arts and a member of Old Dominion University Educational Foundation Board of Trustees.
Bryan A. Norsworthy- Director of Operations
Mr. Norsworthy joined Hudgins Contracting Corp. in 1996, estimating competitive bids and negotiating contract work. From there he moved to project management and ultimately to Vice President of Operations. He has served as past president of the Peninsula branch of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia and is a well-known figure in the Hampton Roads construction community. Mr. Norsworthy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
Pamela J. Kelly- Director of Finance and HR
Mrs. Kelly joined Hudgins Contracting Corp in June of 2011, and currently holds the position of Secretary/Treasurer. Before coming to Hudgins, Ms. Kelly spent 24 years with Reams Computer Corporation providing job cost accounting software solutions to the construction industry throughout Virginia. She studied accounting at Christopher Newport University.
